We were founded in 2000 in Horsham, Sussex and remain run by the same senior management team. We currently have 85 employees and 500+ adviser network members.

Kevin McDonagh
Chief Executive Officer
As a founder shareholder of In Partnership, Kevin was involved with a group of people who wanted to create something special with our advisers, a true partnership with likeminded advisers putting their clients at the centre of everything they do. Other networks appeared to offer very little apart from joining a "commission club". Kevin wanted to get away from the commission club concept and help our advisers to develop their business for the long term benefit of their clients and not just for short term gains.
His responsibility to In Partnership continues today with the continuing development and implementation of strategy for the business, incorporating distribution, operational and marketing goals - to ensure a compliant attitude exists throughout the Board and the Company and to have overall responsibility for ensuring the Company meets the high standards expected by the FCA.
Steve Baldry
Director
Steve has worked within the financial services industry since 1980. Before joining In Partnership he was with Hill Samuel Professional Advisers and Allied Dunbar / Zurich. Both roles were centred around development and progression of the adviser and their business within the intermediary marketplace. Steve joined In Partnership in 2004 where his role is to recruit advisers and develop the Groups business. He has a keen interest in football, golf and cricket.
Hugh Jones
Senior Sales Executive
Hugh heads our recruitment in London and the South East and has 22 years of industry experience. Before joining us in 2008 Hugh has previously been a Regional Director at Axa heading up recruitment and development and as a Location Manager at Allied Dunbar.

Sue Connett
Member Liason Coordinator
Sue joined In Partnership in the summer of 2013 with the principal aim of promoting a proactive and efficient customer service provision for our members. Sue works closely with Steve and the other members of the recruitment team and is primarily office based.
